Substance Use/Addiction Treatment
We offer different levels of treatment for substance use and addiction:
- Basic Treatment Group: This group meets once a week for 1.5 hours and runs for about 26 sessions. It focuses on teaching positive coping strategies.
- Medication Assistance Treatment (MAT) Groups: These are similar to the basic treatment groups but include additional support for those using Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): This is a 16-week structured program that includes various group sessions like early recovery, relapse prevention, family education, and social support. It requires a minimum of 9 hours of participation per week and is based on the Matrix Model, a type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
- Urine Drug Screens: These are a required part of our treatment program.
- Referrals and Admissions: We can provide referrals and admissions to inpatient detoxification and rehabilitation facilities based on individual needs, with follow-up services after the inpatient stay.
- Case Management Services: Available for men and women with substance use issues. Pregnant women with substance abuse issues will be offered an intake appointment within 48 hours of their request. The goal is to provide necessary coordination of care and support, linking individuals with appropriate services in the community.
- Adolescent Mental Health Group for high school aged students focusing on resilience, coping strategies and emotional regulations.
- Resilience-Based, Coping Strategy Wellness Mental Health Group for adults 18+
